Possessing marijuana with the intention to sell:
- Class C felony
- Penalties: 1 year and 1 day to 10 years’ incarceration and a maximum fine of $15,000
- Multiple offenses of marijuana possession is considered a felony, and carries the same penalties as possession with intent to sell.
- Any marijuana conviction will result in a 6-month driver’s license suspension.
